The breakfast here was great, with a variety of options like scrambled eggs and fruit.

The hotel was set in a central area adjacent to the European Parliament, the European Institutions and the centre which is about 1 mile. Had brunch in the James Joyce, located nearby. Comfort room accommodated us perfectly.

Location is excelent; price policy during the weekend is very good
The price for garage is a little bit to high, specially if you take into account, that public parking during the weekend time is free of charge.

quiet efficiency, though a standard lamp, which I reported as faulty on second day, was not yet repaired by 4th day. However if the hotel (Blvd Charlemagne, BXL) returns my handy as promised over the phone, all will be forgiven!

The place had a great location with the main shopping center and many stores nearby within walking distance, plus the Maelbeek tube station just 10 minutes away was a bonus.

Closeness to eu institutions, comfortable room

Right in the heart of the eu district, but close to a park and a metor - and just a few short stops from the city centre. I really liked my stay. They also let me check- out late.
I would have like to be able to open the window a bit more, enough so I could take photos.

It was the first time I slept in this hotel and I was positively surprised, I will return again. The room was small, but clean and absolutely adequate for a one-night business trip. It was also well lit, I usually don`t like room hotels that are kept in the gloom. Breakfast was excellent, well over the usual standard for this price.
I would have appreciated some more light in the bathroom, it is difficult to shave yourself if you can see well your own face! (But it was obviously not a major drawback).

Nice location.
The minibar in the room is locked. In bathroom there is whirpool but even if you do not use it, there is a terrible sound of cleaning after using the shower. Breakfasts seem to be different at different days. The hotel keep your money freezed for the period of one month even though you do not approve the use of your credit card and you pay in cash. They do not even react to your mails. Due to this poor services I will not come again.

The hotel has a central location and excellent service. Berlaymont is just a couple of blocks away from the hotel, making it convenient for exploring the EU district. - the breakfast offered at the hotel is substantial and satisfying. - the garden provides a stunning view, adding to the overall experience at the hotel.

Clearly the big positive is that it's bang by the EU institutions. The lobby and exterior also gives the impression of a top hotel, and the restaurant is fine (but horribly expensive). There was also a coffee machine right outside my door.
The room was small-ish and for the advertised prices definitely not good value for money. The mini-bar is locked and you have to go down fetch a key, which I think is really tacky. There's also a weird smell of flowery fragrance throughout. The coffee machine was left with trays full of dirty cups and plates until morning, which is disgusting.

Good value for money. Very clean, quiet, modern rooms. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Conveniently located to public transport, and close proximity to centre of city.
Gym not opened until 10 on weekends which is useless if you are only there for 1 night, as check out is 11. We booked an extra bed which was not on their record. Also, the 2 rooms we booked for a family were not next to each other, or though this was rectified.
